In addition to the 2 Directors, The Extra Mile Group has a team of specialist staff who are committed to enhancing the lives and opportunities of people in communities.

Our team of children, adolescent and family experts, with a combined career of over 90 years, are all specialists in designing and delivering social change programmes to the most disadvantaged citizens in society.

The aims of all the innovative programmes are self-empowerment, positive belief change, leadership and excellence.

The Extra Mile Group’s programme models encompasse all of the elements which allow people to make safe, successful transitions into a more positive future.
