Health & Fitness Programme.
This programme is designed for children and young people aged between 10-18 years and focuses on coaching young people to improve their health and fitness.
The programme also enables the young people with the opportunity to identify potential trigger factors for their poor health, fitness and lifestyle choices and aims to provide them with the tools in which to break these factors, i.e. poor eating habits, the use of drugs and alcohol and chaotic lifestyles.
