As well as our BTEC course in Team leading, the Extra Mile Group delivers a number of Team Building Exercises for individual bookings, private parties, and corporates. The emphasis is on how to get the best from your team, and Courses are designed to fit the requirements of the Client. Corporate training includes modules of motivational tasks, and neuro lingusitic programming, designed to ensure the courses relates directly to improving the performance of the employee.Current Courses avaialable:
SAS Days
Course designed and run by ex SAS soldiers. It is adapted to suit the client, and all levels of abiltity and fitness can enjoy, and benefit from these courses. It can be booked by private parties, hen and stag parties, right up to corporate level with a classroom element of motivation, team leading, and neoro lingustic programming.Course duration, 1 day, 2 day, 3 day courses.
Hostage Rescue
Run by ex Army, Special Forces, and Police personnel designed and run this course. Be part of a Intelligence team, assault team, or see how how It feels to be taken hostage! Challenging and very rewarding experience, which will not be forgotton, working with people who have had real life experiences of this type of situation. 2 or 3 day duration.
Be a Bodyguard for the Day
Working with real live Bodyguards from a Police, Army, Special Forces background who have acted as bodyguards, known as close protection officers in the United Kingdom, and aboad. A challenging day with no fitness requirments, whci is designed as a team building experience for private and corporate parties. 1 or 2 day duration.
Spy Day (Spooks)
Run by ex Special Branch Officers with expereience of working in the world of UK national Security. A Challenging experience designed by ex Special Branch officers which is run as a team building exercise , and will test your ability to the full in identifying the threat to National Security. Some classroom training element for Corporates, but course designed to fit clients requirements from parties, to Corporates. 1 or two day duration.
Murder Day
Designed and supervised by Ex Police Detective Supt with massive experience of dealing with murders of all kinds. once again working in a team enviroment, and designed around a team building event, it is a challenging and rewarding experience that will not be forgotton. Not to be confused with Murder Mystery. This is the real thing! 1 to 3 day duration.
General Fun team building days
Once again run by Ex Army and Police personnel. Challenging , but fun days, but still with a element of getting the best out of your team. designed to fit the clients requirements from Henj, Stag parties, to High Level Corporate Events.
Costs for all courses will be discussed with Clients according to Events required and duration of events.
